The Experience

A unique experience

It all starts and ends at the village reception hut.

This is where it all begins. Group reception and UV fluorescence mini-workshop — learn the science before entering the cave.

Hike up to the cave
1 km marked trail with considerable elevation gain. Time varies with group size, fitness level and weather. Spectacular views of the Cantabrian Mountains.

Cave tour
700 metres of galleries with exceptional coralloids, speleothems over 650,000 years old and the cave bear palaeontological site. Fully guided tour.

Descent to the village
Return along the same trail back to the reception hut, where the activity ends.
